Hey Ladies!

My name is Deborah Henning, and I am delighted to announce the launch of The Insider.

The Insider is an online journal created by my team and I. It is a new project in the making, and I am thrilled to share this exciting venture with my community. It’s been a long time coming, but I feel now more than ever that we need a community where women can support each other in life, business and everyday!

I have been running my label for 6 years from Dubai and before that in London – its become known for it’s timeless, monochromatic, and androgynous womenswear pieces. I love to see women wearing my pieces and styling them in their own way. My favorite thing (and what makes all the hard work worth it) is hearing your stories; women have had my pieces for years, they still love them and they get lots of positive comments wearing them! Its really important to me that we use sustainable practices, good manufacturing and beautiful fabrics, so that I know when an item is purchased its been made with care and attention and is a piece I can be proud of.

My experience takes me back 15 years, working for brands such as Alexander McQueen, Sass & Bide, and Ghost, I’ve also launched my own consultancy firm where I support up-and-coming and established brands with my knowledge, and expertise in the fashion industry. Running the band is hectic as you can imagine, but I couldn’t do it without the great team of women that have worked alongside me on previous projects as well as still working alongside me today!
