Shopping at Deborah Henning is easy:

Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. To review the items in your shopping bag hover over or click the “CART’ logo at the top right hand side of the page. Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop at Deborah Henning without creating an account.

However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES DEBORAH HENNING ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by 2 Checkout.
First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder’s billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.
If you would prefer to place an order by email, you can email us on orders@deborahhenning.com and we can organise your items for you.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

You can view each item in either GBP, AED OR USD. To change the currency, select your choice at the bottom left of the ‘SHOP’ page. Each item you choose will be displayed in your chosen currency. Payments will be taken in USD.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Deliveries in the UAE will be either Same Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery. Once your order is processed, our local delivery partner will contact you to arrange your delivery. We offer free delivery for our customers in the UAE. International shipping is handled by our International carrier and will take 5-7 days depending on your location. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable shipping date, once confirmed the delivery will be sent. Shipping costs for International deliveries are 100 AED flat rate.

If you live in Dubai, you can enjoy flexible delivery options. As soon as your order is collected from us, our delivery partner will contact you directly and arrange delivery either the same day or next day, at your convenience.

DOES DEBORAH HENNING SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order for international deliveries. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination. For local orders, email us at orders@deborahhenning.com and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you would like to change your order please email orders@deborahhenning.com as we’ll do our best to accommodate your change.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For International deliveries, once your order has been dispatched and confirmed, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 14 days to decide whether to keep your items. For UAE orders we will collect from your home, work or alternative address for free. Simply email us at customercare@deborahhenning.com. For International orders, you will need to organise your delivery back to us with your name, address and contact details so we can process your refund. Refunds will be given to items received in the same condition they were sent out.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, or as DEBORAH HENNING store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded for items using our INTERNATIONAL service. Outside the UAE, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD?

You can buy a DEBORAH HENNING gift card from our online shop. Choose any value you like from 300 AED/ 80 USD.

Printed gift cards are shipped in DEBORAH HENNING signature packaging, and virtual gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient. Choose the amount, enter the recipient’s name (and email address for virtual gift cards), include a personal message, and then add the gift card to your shopping bag.

You will be notified by email as soon as your printed or virtual gift card has been dispatched.
To purchase multiple printed gift cards and have them shipped to different addresses, you will need to repeat the purchasing process and pay the shipping charges for each address the printed gift card is sent to
