Over the past 3 years, Deborah and her team have worked with retail superpower Majid Al Futtaim to create their vision of a unified umbrella of brands across 13 countries. Majid Al Futtaim are positioning their brands visually under one roof and have designed uniforms specifically for each of their brands individually, but also in line with every other Majid Al Futtaim brand across the gulf; Meaning that whether you walk into a brand in Dubai, Cairo or Beirut, the uniform, aesthetic and quality will be the same throughout every brand. Deborah has coordinated the creative concept, specialist uniform designs, design development, brand feedback and requirements, aesthetic consistency, technical work and factory handover for over 45,000 staff members
