Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Most orders are fulfilled from our design studio, however due to stock availability your order may be split and be fulfilled from multiple locations. If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated in to two shipments. If this is the case, you should receive two tracking emails from Fedex. If one of your items in being fulfilled from a store, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be delivered.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country. When you make a purchase from Deborah Henning, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We now offer next day delivery for our United Arab Emirates customers, free of charge. If your delivery address is eligible for this service, the option will populate in the checkout.
If you place an order prior to 3pm GST Sunday to Thursday in the UAE you can avail the next day delivery option, after this time deliveries will be assigned to the next working day.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of receipt where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
Jewellery is not eligible for return due to hygiene considerations.

United Arab Emirates Orders
If you would like to return an item:
1. Email us at [email protected]
2. Send us the reason for return and item details
3. Specify whether you would like your refund processed to the original payment method or issued as a store credit. Return shipping is charged at a flat fee of 30 AED per return, which will be deducted from your refund.
4. Once confirmed we will arrange a collection, Simply print the label, package your items and give it to the Fedex courier
5. Once received, your refund will be issued within 3 business days. Please note that any shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.

International Orders
If you would like to return an item:

2. Send us the reason for return and item details
3. Specify whether you would like your refund processed to the original payment method or issued as a store credit.
4. Once confirmed, please package and ship your items using a traceable shipping service to:

EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for online orders. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order online and simply return your existing item.
